About H2oPro
H2oPro Pools was built on a simple idea: show up, do the whole job, and prove it. Every service visit followed the same checklist top to bottom — no skipped steps, no guesswork — and every customer got a written report with photos so they knew exactly what happened at their pool that week.
That mattered most to snowbirds and vacation-rental owners who weren't home to check. It's the same standard the crew carries today under the Black Flag Pools name.

The Service Checklist
This is the actual checklist H2oPro worked through on every scheduled service — one or two visits per week depending on the package.
Full water test each visit with chemicals adjusted to spec — chlorine, acid, salt, bicarb, stabilizer, algicide, calcium and clarifier all included in the service.
Steps, benches and tile surfaces brushed down and the tile line scrubbed — the step that keeps scale and staining from ever taking hold.
Surface debris skimmed and skimmer baskets emptied every visit. Vacuuming weekly on open pools, bi-weekly on screened pools.
Filter backwashed monthly and the salt cell pulled and cleaned every 90 to 120 days — on schedule, without waiting for the customer to ask.
Pump, filter, heater and automation checked on every visit and adjusted as needed. Problems get flagged early, while they're still cheap to fix.
A written report with photos emailed after every service, covering what was tested, what was added and what was cleaned.

In Their Words
Verified 5-star Google reviews from H2oPro and Black Flag Pools customers.
★★★★★I have used Black Flag for over a year now, when they was H2O. I own a vacation rental and have had several pool service companies over the years and I have to say Ryan is the best. I get weekly photos and reports of service provided that week, which is nice being I'm not there. I can be at ease knowing my tenants on vacation have a nice, well maintained pool.
★★★★★After having about 4 different pool service companies over the past several years, Black Flag (formerly H2oPro) is the best pool service professionals we have ever had. Initially our pool had stains from former pool service technicians. Ryan explained in detail the cause and treatment. He applied a solution and followed up with cleaning. The stains have disappeared!
★★★★★We have used a few pool companies and have finally found one that does a great job! H2oPro shows up on schedule, communicates with us, and our pool has never looked better.
★★★★★Outstanding pool service! Communication and service is second to none. No short cuts — our pool gets fully brushed and vacuumed every week, and our equipment is inspected and adjusted as necessary.
★★★★★Absolutely the best pool service I have ever experienced. I have had two pools previously. The difference is night and day.
★★★★★They are very thorough and helpful. When I have questions, they are so easy to ask and not feel foolish. They have taken a lot of the burden of maintaining our pool from my husband and they are surely worth every penny.
★★★★★We're not here all year round. They come every week, clean our pool and send pictures, so we know they've serviced our pool. Highly recommend them — family owned and operated.
★★★★★Ryan is the best we've had, and we've been with 4 others. He cares about his clients and is very accommodating and thorough.
★★★★★Always exceptional service and excellent attention to keeping our pool in top condition. Highly recommend.
★★★★★Ryan and Victor are very professional. They go above and beyond to help you with all your pool needs. Great guys!
★★★★★Great with keeping our pool clean! We've been using them for over a year now and they are super reliable and efficient. Our pool always looks great.

H2oPro Pools became Black Flag Pools — same owner, same technicians, same checklist, same weekly photo reports. The name on the truck changed; nothing about how the work gets done did.
