After each visit, you’ll receive a detailed service report complete with photos. This transparency allows you to see the condition of your pool and the work we’ve done, even if you’re not home.
Maintaining the right chemical balance is essential for a safe and comfortable swimming experience. We test your pool’s water chemistry weekly and make any necessary adjustments to ensure a perfect swimming experience!
All chemicals for chlorine and salt pools are included with H2oPro Premium Service. This includes:

Each visit we scrub the tile with a specialized product specifically for pool tile that will leave your tiles looking new after every visit!
Leaves, bugs, and other debris can quickly accumulate on the surface of your pool. Our weekly skimming ensures that your pool remains clear and inviting.
The skimmer basket protects your equipment from debris and potential damage, we ensure this is emptied every visit!

Algae and other contaminants can cling to the surfaces of your pool. We brush the pool’s floor, walls, and steps weekly to prevent algae growth and maintain a clean and safe swimming environment.
To remove dirt, debris, and sediment from the bottom of your pool, we perform a thorough vacuuming using a system Vac. This not only keeps your pool looking clean but also helps prevent the buildup of contaminants. (Screened Pools = Bi-weekly. Open pools = Weekly )
Your equipment is the heart of the pool and deserves just as much attention. Each visit we will inspect your equipment and document any issues we may find.
Your pool’s filter is critical for keeping the water clean. We clean your filter every month to ensure it’s working efficiently and effectively.
If your pool uses a saltwater system, we clean the salt cell every 90 days to prevent scaling and ensure the system continues to operate correctly.

We understand how important your pool is to the success of your rental property that is why we give your renters direct access to our team. They can call, text, email or even video call our team if anything is needed!
H2oPro will provide a swim safety sign with basic pool and equipment rules along with our contact information.
On your initial visit H2oPro will document all of your equipment in our system such as, pool equipment, pool size, chemical history and more. This allows our office staff to answer your renters questions if a problem may arise.
For the heavily used rentals we offer service visits twice (2x) a week.

A: Chemical costs typically range from $40–$70/month depending on the season, pool size, and type (salt or chlorine). Each month, we provide a detailed breakdown of what your pool used — including dosages, brands, and test results.
Q: Do I have to track chemical usage myself?
A: Not at all. We do it for you. Every visit is logged in our system and you’ll receive a report with the chemical dosages, treatment notes, and updated pool photos so you’re always in the loop.
